How to Keep Healthy During Your Holiday Feast



Its that wonderful time in the year when your family gets together to celebrate the holidays. Did you know though that the average person can gain between 1-2 pounds during the holidays. I mean after all its Christmas so its ok to overeat, right? The Guys in the Yellow Booties are here to tell you that you can eat plenty of food during the festivities and still be healthy.



Our team has put together the top ways in which we are able to keep fit. One thing you learn in the appliance repair and heating and cooling industry is that cardio is key.

Pre-Dinner Party Routing:   

  • Don't skip your daily workout just because its the Holidays.
  • Drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated.
  • Eat a small snack to prevent yourself from overeating.


At Your Dinner Party:

  • Be mindful of how many servings you are getting.
  • Make sure to drink a glass of water before your meal.
  • Have fun!!
